The data type TariffClassDescription is an ordered list of five optional components, the first one of which is assigned a default value, that are used to specify a tariff class, as specified in Table 98.

Annex A (normative), EFC common data type definitions

Replace the text in Annex A with the following:

The syntax of the EFC common data objects is defined using the Abstract Syntax Notation One (ASN.1) technique according to ISO/IEC 8824-1.

Table A.1 provides the SHA-256 cryptographic hash digest for the referenced file, offering a means to verify the integrity of the referenced file. The SHA-256 algorithm is specified in NIST 180-4.[11]
